The Big Sur/Monterey area has tons of great options for guests joining us from out of town. From Airbnbs to hotels to campgrounds, you are sure to find the accommodations that fit your needs and budget.
For folks that choose to stay in the Monterey area, we will provide shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. Information on locations and times is provided below. If you plan on drinking any alcohol throughout the day please plan on taking the shuttle. The roads to and from the venue are very tricky and we want all of our guests to stay safe.
We have set up a room block at the Hyatt Regency in Monterey to provide a cost effective option with guaranteed availability. We would highly recommend booking here, as the shuttle will directly service this location. It is a race weekend so accommodations are bound to be expensive and may book up quickly.

There will be two shuttles to the venue leaving promptly at 1:30pm and 1:45pm. The shuttle will pick up at the south entrance (upper level) of the conference center.

There will be two shuttles leaving the wedding venue at 8:00pm and 8:45pm. The first shuttle will leave the venue at 8:30pm to head back to the Hyatt.
