Final Shuttle to Loma Vista

1:45 pm - 2:45 pm

Final shuttle will arrive at the hotel shortly before 1:45pm and will leave promptly at 1:45pm for the venue. South Enterance of the Conference Center. Most wedding guests should plan to ride this shuttle. Please show up early so you do not miss your ride.

Wedding Ceremony

3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses.

Seating for the wedding ceremony is open unless otherwise noted on the chair. Ceremony will be unplugged. No phones or video cameras will be allowed during this portion of the evening.

Cocktail Hour

3:30 pm - 4:45 pm

The bar will open and a charcuterie table will be available for all guests.

Dinner

4:45 pm - 7:00 pm

A family style meal will be provided. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Reception

7:00 pm - 8:45 pm

The happy couple will open the reception with a few solo dances before everyone is allowed to hit the floor and dance to their favorite songs. We'll cut the cake during this portion of the evening and you'll be able to wish Sydney and Jason well as they drive away to start their honeymoon at the end of the evening.

First Shuttle to Hyatt Regency

8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

First shuttle will arrive at the venue at 8:00pm and will leave at 8:30pm, or once it has completely filled with guests.

Final Shuttle to Hyatt Regency

8:45 pm - 10:15 pm

Final shuttle will arrive at the venue at 8:45pm and will leave once all remaining shuttle guests have been accounted for.
