Invitees are encouraged to RSVP as soon as they are able, but no later than June 30th, 2025 to ensure proper seating and eating! Guests are encouraged to RSVP on the website.
Unless otherwise stated on the invitation, we will not be able to accommodate additional guests at this time.
We kindly request that our wedding celebrations are treated as an adults-only event.
The bridal party has not reserved blocks at any hotels to allow guests the greatest flexibility of choice in arranging accommodations.
Travel recommendations can be located in the Travel section.
If guests require transportation to and from hotels, Uber is the recommended method of transport. Hotels may be able to offer a shuttle near the venue.
Semi-Formal Garden Attire is ideal for guests. Wear lengthy sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and other stylish garden party attire. The ceremony will take place on grass so ladies should prepare for this when selecting footwear. Shades of purple and green are encouraged.
The Paul J. Ciener Botanical Gardens offer the best of both worlds with indoor and outdoor accommodations. Ceremony events will be taking place outdoors, whereas reception events will be held indoors with interior doors opening onto a beautiful outdoor patio.
Yes! The ceremony and reception are both accessible for guests in wheelchairs. Please note that the ceremony will be held on grass as this can create some challenges.
Those attending the ceremony should arrive between 2:00PM and 2:45PM. The ceremony will promptly start at 3:00PM so make sure you snag a seat for the big moment!
Parking for the ceremony and reception at the venue is limited. If the parking located directly outside the venue is at capacity, there are two additional areas that guests may consider using for parking. The first lot is located next to the venue directly on the right when exiting. The second lot is located across from the venue and is owned by Main Street United Methodist Church, who has kindly given us permission for parking.
The ceremony will be an unplugged event with photos being taken by the scheduled photographer. Guests at the reception may take as many photos as they desire.
There will be an open bar of beer and wine selections available to guests. Guests may consider tipping the staff for their excellent service.
We appreciate your understanding that we will not be able to accommodate specific dietary requests. If none of the listed options for the meal accommodate your diet, you may reach out to the bride or groom to discuss alternative options.
For those wishing to send a gift, we are registered with both Amazon and directly with Zola. Our Amazon "Home Improvement" list contains many household items that would enhance our day-to-day lives, whereas our Zola list is more closely tailored to our desire to travel, explore and experience!
