The city of Black Hawk is known for its vast offerings of casinos. As a matter of fact, there is a shuttle service that runs every 20-30 minutes getting you from one to the next. A beautiful drive for those looking to enjoy what Colorado has to offer. This is the highest paved road in North America and gives you some unforgettable views. Great hiking nearby as well if you have time! Unfortunately, the highest point is closed for the season by the time October rolls around, but you can drive along part of this if you are interested!
