Our ceremony and reception will both be held at Blackstone Rivers Ranch in Idaho Springs, Colorado. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive before this time so that you can park and find a seat.
Yes, there is on-site parking, but we encourage carpooling when possible. No overnight parking will be permitted, please plan accordingly. Please note: Ride-share services like Uber/Lyft are not always reliable in the area—especially after 10 PM. We are offering a shuttle bus back to the Ameristar after the reception. See our Transportation section for details.
Yes! We will offer transportation to and from the venue to the Ameristar to accommodate the fact that our venue has little options for safe transportation after 10 pm. Your safety is our priority and want to ensure everyone gets home after dancing (and potentially drinking) the night away with us. Ride shares are spotty in the mountains, especially later on in the night. A shuttle bus will begin at 8:00 pm and continue until last call at 11:00 pm. The shuttle will drop off at the Ameristar in Black Hawk where our hotel block is located. If you are staying elsewhere, rides will be easier to come by once you are in town. We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal / flexible-cocktail. For women think floor length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. For men this means suits or button down shirts and dress pants and a tie/bow-tie. It will be Fall in the mountains and can be a little bit on the colder side. We recommend comfortable shoes (especially for walking on gravel or grass, and dancing later on in the night) and layers—it can get cooler in the mountains after sunset. (Please note that our bridal party will be in browns and dusky blue dresses and navy suits.)

Please RSVP on our website by August 20th. If we do not receive a response by this date, we will assume you have prior engagements. This is to help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has a wonderful experience on our special day. If you have a dietary restriction, please text Leticia and she will work with our wonderful caterer to find something that works for you!

Your presence is a gift in itself, and we appreciate you taking the time out of your life to spend our big day with us.
