Pat is Dan’s oldest brother. He lives in Traverse City with his wife Emily and four children, and while his day job is leading IT at a national bank, his true passion is in puzzle building (and selling on Etsy!).

Nick is Dan’s youngest brother. Nick lives in Traverse City with his wife Kaitlyn and their two kids, along with their foster daughter and her two children, in the house he and Kaitlyn built from the ground up.

Landa is Dan’s mother, who taught him the fine art of baking and instilled in him an adventurous spirit. It’s because of her that Dan is always willing to try something new.

Ron is Dan’s Father, an avid hunter and fixer and builder of just about anything. Ron is the fastidious patriarch of the Alpers family.
