The island is very accessible without a vehicle. Passenger tickets can be purchased the day of at the ferry depot. If you wish to bring a car over, you must book in advance.

Martha’s Vineyard Airport

There is an airport located on Martha's Vineyard that has direct flights from NYC and Boston. If you plan to fly, there are great taxi and ride share options.

*THIS IS OUR #1 RECOMMENDATION* They are making an exception to their 3-night minimum stay policy, and will allow guests of our wedding to call in and book a 2-night stay. You can let them know you're with the "Leinbach-Alpers Wedding" and they will let you book over the phone. Rates start at $335-$350/night.

This is another great option right next to Main Street on South Water Street. Rooms start at $415/night and allow for a 2-night minimum stay.

Tucked away off of North Water Street, this is also a great option. Recently purchased by the same hotel group that owns The Christopher, The Syndey, and The Richard, rooms start at $500/night and allow for a 2-night stay.

Although this is a great option and right next to our wedding reception venue, there is unfortunately a 3-night minimum, so you will need to book for Thursday through Sunday. If you want to come for a long weekend, this is a great option!
