Delta

Delta (or Delta partner airlines) are our preferred airline of travel in and out of South Africa. We have found that the easiest route to the States from Johannesburg or Cape Town is to fly directly into Atlanta, then take a short flight up to DC. Delta typically will have the best deals 6-9 months out. For our domestic guests, we have also found Delta to have the best deals and largest selection of routes. Dulles Airport is closest to the venue

Google Flights

Google Flights is our preferred tool for evaluating and aggregating different flight itineraries. If your dates are flexible, this tool will allow you to view the best prices and shortest travel times to choose the route or carrier that best suits your preferences. As an added feature, you can also track prices on preferred itineraries, and Google will alert you when your fare goes (or is about to go) up or down.
