Tea Ceremony

**There will be food provided. This event is open to all guests! See FAQ for more information. ** A Vietnamese tradition where the bride and groom serve tea to their respective families, including parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other elders. Elders may impart well-wishes, gifts, and, most importantly, advice. It's an act of welcoming that serves to unify both families. The Wedding Party will participate in a modern take on "Door" games, in which the entrance to the Bride's stronghold is guarded by her loyal Bridal Party to predict couple's future!

We hope you will join us for a full dinner service, complete with hors d'oeuvres, a main entrée, a dessert table, late night snacks, and, most importantly, an Open Bar! Meat-eaters will enjoy a Duo of Cabernet-braised Short Ribs & Grilled Scallops, served with chickpea panisse, spring mushroom fricassee, rainbow Swiss chard, and ancho-infused demi-glace. Vegetarian guests look forward to a Green Queen Tomato Tart, accompanied by baby artichoke hearts, orange pepper chutney, spring onion coulis, and crisp spinach leaf Please notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we will do our best to accommodate.
