Shuttle
Shuttle from both hotels to the venue
September 14, 2019 3:30 pm - 1:45 am
A shuttle will make one trip per hotel to the ceremony/reception. The hotels are about 15-20 minutes apart, and each hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the venue. There are seats for 36 passengers. If you are taking the shuttle from the Hilton, please be outside by no later than 3:30pm. If you are taking the shuttle from the Courtyard, please be outside between 4:00pm and 4:30pm. The shuttle will be coming from the venue after dropping off guests from the Hilton, so this time is approximate. The shuttle will be available again at 10:45pm and will make unlimited stops to both hotels for three hours, until 1:45am. Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well!

ISP
Islip/Macarthur Airport is the closest airport to both hotels and the venue. Other options are JFK and LaGuardia Airports, both located in Queens and are about an hour or so from the venue and hotels. The Long Island Railroad connects directly from JFK Airport. You can take the train to the Sayville station, and the venue is about 8 minutes away. The Hilton is 5 minutes away from the Ronkonkoma station, and the Courtyard is 5 minutes away from the Central Islip station. For more information, please visit http://www.mta.info/lirr.
