It’s a beach wedding. So wear something you don’t mind being in on the beach but it’s a wedding so dress it up a bit :) we love color and flowers so if you have a dress or shirt that is somewhat fancy and has nice colors or flowers, wear that! Think fancy picnic vibes. Sun dresses, semi casual button ups with shorts, type vibes.
Parking Details: We have limited on-site parking available for our wedding. The state park offers parking for $10 per vehicle. For budget-conscious guests, free street parking is located just outside the park, requiring a short walk. Additionally, the shopping center across from the state park has parking, though it's about a 10-minute walk from the venue. To minimize parking challenges, we recommend carpooling or using ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft.
Our wedding day is set during the typically sunny and dry months of July and August. While we're planning a beautiful beach ceremony, if it rains we will do so under the gazebo. In the event of heavy rain, we'll smoothly transition to an indoor location to ensure our celebration continues without interruption. We'll provide sunscreen, but guests are welcome to bring their preferred type. We're looking forward to a wonderful day regardless of the weather!
