Dress Code

The Wedding Website of Leah White and Ethan Frank
WEDDING ATTIRE The dress code is the same for every event: Sunday best, garden party edition. The goal is to shop your closet - no purchases necessary! **You may be sitting on blankets in the grass for the civil ceremony. Not confirmed yet, but this is possible. Short skirts are NOT recommended.** Please no loud colors or prints, mini dresses/skirts, or wearing white. Other than that, be as insanely dressy or casual as you'd like! (Seriously. There is no fear about "upstaging the bride." Leah does not care.) We care that you feel comfortable and look nice. If you would like more direction, further details are included below. If you really want to confirm your outfit fits the occasion, you may send a picture of it to Lexi, friend of Ethan and Leah, at (801) 971 - 0157.

Suits

For the snazzy at heart.

Ties, bowties, and no ties are perfectly acceptable. Suit coats are preferred in pictures. Outside of pictures, we have no preference. Almost every event is held outdoors, so prepare accordingly. Our favorite look: black suit, white shirt, black bowtie/tie, sleek dress shoes Our least favorite look: anything Adam Sandler would wear

Dresses

For those who love to twirl.

Calf length preferred. Any neckline will do. Sleeves or no sleeves, it is welcome here. Natural colors are our favorites: greens, blues, light yellows, etc. Please no hot pink or neon. Loud prints (prints that won't photograph well, such as black and white stripes) are discouraged. Floral prints are encouraged.

Pantsuits

For those who like direction and magnitude.

Pantsuits are just as acceptable as the other options. Bonus points if you look like you own a squid launcher and belong in Despicable Me.

Ultimate Razzle Dazzle

For that bitch.

Listen. You know that one outfit that just sits in your closet because it is TOO fabulous, too attention-grabbing, too majestic to wear to any of your daily functions? You can wear it to this function. (As long as it covers your assets and isn't white)

Shoes

For everyone - unless you'd like to go barefoot.

Practically everything will occur outside, so we discourage stilettos or other shoes that may sink into the soft lawn.

For all the days along the way
