If You Are Flying
We recommend booking a flight to the SeaTac airport, then renting a vehicle in order to drive to Bothell. Reserve lodging in or near Bothell, WA for 24 July - 25 July 2025 (one night). The first event (reception) begins promptly at 4PM on 24 July 2025. Please arrange your travel accordingly.
Rental Car
If You Are Driving
If you are coming from Utah (or anywhere that involves a drive longer than 6 hours), we recommend driving up 23 July 2025 and driving back 26 July 2025. Festivities begin at 4PM on 24 July and conclude in the afternoon on 25 July, so it would likely be best to stay the night in Washington and drive back in the morning on 26 July. If you use this travel plan, reserve lodging near or in Bothell, WA for at least the nights of 23 and 24 July (check in 23 July, check out morning of 25 July). If you are coming from anywhere within 6 hours of Bothell, you can easily drive there 24 July and drive back 25 July. The first event (reception) begins promptly at 5PM on 24 July 2025.
