Alyssa
Maid of Honor
Alyssa has been the brides go to person for her entire life. When she needs a good laugh, or venting session, Alyssa is one of the first people she thinks of. Alyssa and Jen are first cousins but have really been best friends for years. They have been through family changes together, and have always worked to keep their relationship strong even when Jen moved hundreds of miles away. They would visit each other in college and their signature joke is that they love a good old "classic mixup". This term was coined at a college party on New Years eve and continues to be hilarious. Jen is beyond blessed and grateful to have Alyssa stand next to her on her big day.
Joey
Best Man
Joey Adams is Stephen’s first cousin and Best Man. At a young age, Stephen and Joey were always competing with each other. Their parents had a handful to deal with since this competitiveness often led to fights when they came together. As they got older, their bond got stronger. Now Joey, and his younger sister Madison, are more than first cousins. They are best friends.
Alexa
Bridesmaid
Alexa is Jen's little cousin and has always been an important part of her life. Jen was so excited for Alexa to be born as she was the youngest girl out of their cousins until Alexa came along. Jen always loved playing with Alexa and holding her when she was little, she even was lucky enough to help with her birthday parties once she got older. Jen has been telling Alexa since she was a little girl that when she got married she would make sure Alexa was a part of her wedding, she may not be young enough to be a flower girl anymore but Jen is so proud of the young women she has become and can't wait to have her by her side as a bridesmaid on her special day!
Frankie
Groomsman
Frankie is Jen’s younger brother. Over the years being Jen’s friend, boyfriend, and now finance, Stephen got to know Frankie well. Like Jen, Frankie shares her wit and sarcasm which is always used in good fun and provides many laughs. Growing up, Stephen always wanted a little brother and is happy and honored to be gaining one.
Kaitlin
Bridesmaid
Kaitlin has lovingly been referred to as Jen's wife since their college days living together at James Madison University. Although they only lived together for a year and a half they became very close very quickly and took each other to family outings. Kaitlin was even Jen's date to a family wedding once. Kaitlin has always been full of life and Jen has loved all of their adventures together. Jen was Kaitlin's Maid of Honor in her beautiful Costa Rica wedding in November 2017, and was honored to be there for her. Jen knows if she every needs someone to fly to Charleston in a heart beat for support Kaitlin would be the girl to do it.
Joey D
Groomsman
Joey D is Joey Adams’s first cousin from the other side of his family. Although they are not technically blood related, Stephen considers Joey D his brother as much as Joey Adams. Stephen grew up watching Joey D dominate in football and always looked up to him. At a young age, Stephen was initially intimidated by Joey D (you would be too if you saw him play), Stephen found how amazing and dedicated Joey is to his family as they got older.
Kelsey
Bridesmaid
Kelsey and Jen have had their own language together since they lived together in their dorm freshman year. Somehow they managed to live together through their entire college careers, and that is quite the feat for females in college. Kelsey and Jen met on Facebook through a mutual understanding that they didn't know who they were as people or adults yet, luckily they were able to figure it out together. Jen was honored to stand as one of Kelsey's bridesmaids in her wedding in October 2015 and she can't wait to have her by her side on her big day as well.
Tyler
Groomsman
Tyler and Stephen met at JMU when Stephen made the Club Baseball team. After making the team, Stephen discovered that they only grew up about a half hour from each other and a great friendship had begun. Tyler became close with Jen as well during her year at grad school. Tyler is a true and genuine friend who always thinks of others.
Stephanie
Bridesmaid
Stephanie has been lovingly referred to as "mom" by Jen for a few years. Alongside Kelsey, Steph also managed to live with Jen throughout college at JMU. Which is surprising because Jen was very loud and obnoxious in the dorms, but somehow Steph managed to sign that apartment lease for 3 years after. Jen was always surprised by their friendship because in college Steph seemed to always have it together, she was always supportive and always gave honest and helpful advice. Steph is a successful businesswomen living in Jersey City, Jen continues to love their visits to see each other in both the places they live.
Mahil

Stephen met Mahil at JMU and were inseparable their final 2 years of school. Stephen was known as Mahil’s honorary 4th roommate since he basically lived at Mahil’s apartment. They developed a close bond through sports and their similar sense of humor.
Rachel
Bridesmaid
Rachel came into Jen's life as a roommate in their senior year of college. She came into living with them as her other roommate Steph's pledge mate in their co-ed fraternity. After college graduation, Jen and Rachel both started Graduate school a few weeks later. They became much closer during this time and hung out often. Rachel has come to visit Jen several times, making the trip down from DC and every visit has been a blast. They both enjoy rooftops, brewery hops, good workouts, and laughs together.
Ryan
Groomsman
Ryan, better known as “Ike” is another one of Stephen’s older friends. Stephen met Ike back in high school and developed a close friendship through their love of sports and similar music. Ike was also Stephen’s roommate at JMU. Ike, like Frankie, is also good for a laugh through his wit and sarcasm.
Nicole
Bridesmaid
Jen and Nicole met through their freshman year psychology class. Nicole was always bubbly and her laugh was absolutely insane in the best way possible. Jen started hanging out with Nicole outside of their elementary education classes and immediately realized what an amazing person she was. Nicole is without a doubt Jen's happiest, most excitable, and loyal friend. Throughout college Jen would pretend she was another one of Nicole's roommate and would frequently sleep over her place on the weekends, she will never forget all of the nights getting ready together to go out and the mornings spent watching Vampire Diaries hungover.
Mike C
Groomsman
Mike is Stephen’s oldest friend. They grew up together and have been playing baseball together since they were 10 years old. Mike and Stephen went to high school together and eventually even roomed together at James Madison in college. Mike may be one of the funniest people Stephen ever met, especially when he used to give up cursing for lent and made up his own replacement words. Stephen was also honored to be a groomsman in Mike’s wedding in October 2019.
Sarah
Bridesmaid
Sarah and Jen became friends on the first day of their college career, they were mutually alone and decided talking to each other was their best option for survival. It worked and here they are years later still friends, and Jen was able to be a bridesmaid in Sarah's wedding in October 2018. Sarah was another friend that Jen pretended to live with for several weekends in college. One of Jen's favorite memories of Sarah is when her and her now husband put a frozen pack of sausages on her ankle at a party in college because she ran into a piece of furniture as per usual.
David
Groomsman
Stephen met David when he came down to JMU to visit, Jen’s bridesmaid and his eventual wife, Sarah. Over the years David and Stephen became closer whether it is was going up to New York for “Up Da Hill” or him and Sarah visiting Charleston. David is extremely kind hearted and an amazing friend.
Kara

Jen has dubbed Kara Larkin "lil' kar" for many years of their friendship and she doesn't know any other name to call her by. Lil' Kar and "Jen Jen" became close friends towards the end of college and lived together in graduate school while they both pursued their master in education. Jen and Kara have always had a way of extending jokes between each other way longer than is comfortable. Many times people have walked away from Lil' Kar and Jen Jen's conversations because they no longer make sense to normal people and they are usually hysterically laughing and crying. Jen is beyond grateful and blessed to have Kara support her on her big day, she has always been a huge support for Jen.

Mike and Stephen met freshman year in college. Stephen, Mike, Mike, and Ike developed a close bond instantly through their love of the Eagles and were inseparable that year. Mike is one of the most genuine and kind hearted people Stephen has ever met. Stephen was a groomsman in Mike’s wedding back in November 2017.
Maddy
Bridesmaid
Maddy is Jen's long time childhood friend that she was lucky enough to stay close with all through their lives. They nicknamed each other sniffle and biffle in middle school but have known each other since the 3rd grade. Maddy moved to Atlanta, GA after college at Clemson and Jen moved to Charleston, SC after grad school at James Madison, throughout those years the pair have gone back and forth from colleges and cities to make sure they see each other around their birthdays (since they are only a week apart) and other times of the year as well! Jen is so lucky to have Maddy stand beside her on her big day as someone that has seen her change and grow throughout her whole life.
Ashton

Ashton is Stephen’s newest friend who he met after he moved down to Charleston to live with Jen. Ashton worked for Enterprise and was constantly saving Stephen at the airport lot because of his lack of skills with any type of technology. They instantly created a bond through their love of music and jamming out over a cold beer.
Hannah Butler

Hannah has quickly become Jen's best friend living in Charleston. They met when Jen got her second teaching job down south at a small school, Hannah got a job there shortly after and her and Jen became inseparable pretty quickly. They co-taught for 2 years after the first year at that school. Hannah alongside her father, Pastor Woody Butler, will be officiating the wedding. Jen is beyond excited to share this moment with the Butler family.
Kara

Kara is Jen's sister and will be walking her down the aisle with their brother Frankie.
