What hotel should I stay at?

Answer

We are blocking off rooms at the Beach Club and the Harborside hotels at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina where our wedding ceremony and reception will be held. Down the road from the Marina there is also a recommended Hotel Indigo and Hilton Garden Inn.

Do we need a rent a car if we are flying in?

Answer

Not necessarily, uber and lyft rides are abundantly available in the Charleston area. We suggest you download these apps on your phone if you do not already have them and create an account. If you are choosing to stay at either the Beach Club or Harborside at the Marina, there is a complimentary trolley shuttle that can take you downtown, there are also bikes available. There is also a water taxi that can take you across the water to downtown Charleston!
