Flight
✈️ Flights Below are 3 airport options for getting to the venue: Perugia (PEG) – 45 min drive to the venue. Closest option but limited flight availability. Rome Ciampino (CIA) & Rome Fiumicino (FCO) – approx. 1h 40 min drive. More frequent and often cheaper flights. 🕕 Important: The Welcome Dinner starts Friday 5th at 6:30pm, so please keep this in mind when booking your flights as you will not want to miss it.
Rental Car
We highly recommend renting a car as it gives you flexibility and will allow you to explore outside of event times. Car rental is available at all airports (Hertz, Avis, Europcar, etc.). Use comparison sites like Rentalcars.com or Kayak to find the best deal.
Travel Note
Prefer to be chauffeured? We can help you sort out a lift from the airport. Drop us a message and we’ll share some advice, or try to link you up with other guests arriving on the same flight. Optional Train from Rome If you're spending time in Rome, you can take a train from Rome Termini → Terni Station (1 hour). From Terni: The venue is a 25-minute drive. A car hire shop is within walking distance of the station. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to reach out. We want you to have the best time and will do anything we can to help make it happen.
Hotel
We’ve reserved the beautiful Abbazia San Pietro in Valle in its entirety, along with a private villa (split into apartments) exclusively for our guests. Rooms and apartments will be thoughtfully allocated based on the guest list, so all you need to do is arrive and enjoy!
