RSVPs are needed officially no later than Sixth September 2025. We appreciate this is very in advance but we would prefer to know before our next trip to Italy where we will be allocating the rooms and apartments.
Firstly, THANK YOU! Every "yes" makes us do a little happy dance; it truly means the world. Here’s what to do next (don’t worry, it’s easy!): 1) RSVP on our website by 6th September 2025 This helps us finalise everything and keep you in the loop. 2) Secure your accommodation Send a £75 deposit per person to: Miss C M Lay Sort code: 09-01-29 Account number: 40073541 ➤ Please use your name as the reference and let us know once it’s done 🙏 3) Flights ✈️ Perugia is the closer airport but flights are limited so due to the late arrival time of the singular flight in to Perugia on Friday 5th, we advise that if you are restricted to flying out on the Friday, you get a morning flight in to Rome instead to ensure you make it to the 7pm welcome dinner. Rome airport is next closest airport and and with many more flights options, its probably the safer one. Need help? Just ask, we're happy to help you plan! 4) Transfers Interested in a group transfer from Rome Airport? Email us at anthonyandcharlotte@outlook.com or message us on WhatsApp 07703392882 prior to booking your flights, so we can coordinate that you are all on the same flight. 5) Final balance Please send the £200 per person balance by 6th March 2026 to the same account as above.

We have reserved the Abbey, along with two nearby farmhouses, to accommodate all of our guests. The farmhouses are next door to each other and just a 5-minute drive from the Abbey. Our closest family members and the bridal party will be staying in the Abbey, and the remaining guests will be thoughtfully allocated between the farmhouses. Once all rooms have been arranged, we will be in touch to let you know the details of your stay.

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests named on the invitation.
WELCOME DINNER Elegant Italian Garden Party attire Men: relaxed tailoring, polished but no ties required. Women: garden-party looks. WEDDING DAY Black tie is preferred but not required. We kindly request formal suits with ties and long cocktail dresses. RECOVERY DAY/POOL PARTY Beach club vibes all the way - something to swim in, something to relax and dine in. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing white throughout the weekend, as this colour is reserved for the couple. Please note that, weather permitting, all events will take place outdoors into the evening. Ladies the ground is mostly grass, so you may want to rethink stilettos! And finally… you all know Charlotte. SO, you’ll also know she doesn’t do casual very well - dressing up is strongly encouraged 😉
We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We've hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture every special moment. We’d love for you to relax, be present, and enjoy the moment with us leaving the documenting to the pros!
