What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal dress attire is welcomed. Our venue and reception location is in the mountains! There is a handicap entrance where you will not have to navigate steps if you so choose, however, the ceremony will take place on the grass and the reception will be outside as well. Therefore, plan your shoes accordingly for potential uneven ground. Also, its June in Utah so until the sun goes down, plan for warmer weather. There will be an area with air conditioning as well so no worries for you hot houses!

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids- we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off :-) Special considerations apply for newborns/babies

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There are 3 separate parking lots for our venue. Unfortunately since it is located on the side of a mountain, the walk up to the venue from the lower parking lot may be a bit tiring. But no worries! We have rented a golf cart and will have a driver pick you up from your car and transport you to the entrance of the venue. However, we will have a shuttle running from the Hotel Double Tree to take you to and from the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the Hotel DoubleTree Park City, so DONT miss it! :-) Also, we would love if you could RSVP to the shuttle along with your invite so we have a rough number of people who will be needing transportation to and from the venue. *Remember, if you are traveling from the Midwest and not use to driving in canyons/mountains, the shuttle is probably your best bet! OR of course good ole' Uber or Lyft.
