Thu, Jun 21, 2018, 5:00 pm - Fri, Jun 22, 2018, 12:00 am
The attire is casual! Summer dresses, pants, skirts, shorts! Everything is welcomed
We will be inviting all guests to join the wedding party after the rehearsal dinner for drinks around 7:30 p.m. on the rooftop at the Boneyard. The Boneyard is approximately a 3min walk from the Hotel DoubleTree. If your not ready to end the party after the rehearsal dinner, feel free to grab an Uber ride downtown Park City and go bar hopping. Main Street Park City is only a 5 minute drive from the Boneyard Saloon.
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
The attire is semi-formal. Remember, our venue and reception is located in the mountains so plan for grass and potential uneven ground! It is also June in Utah so plan for warmer weather until the sun goes down!
The wedding and reception will both be primarily outdoors. There is a large area with air conditioning as well if you are needing to escape the heat!
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The reception will include food and plenty of booze so please do not bring your own! Dinner will be served around 6:30 with dancing and celebration to follow! There is a small paved/re-finished trail which is approximately 3-5 minutes long which you are welcome to walk to see pretty scenery and waterfalls, however, please DO NOT walk off trail and or climb rocks that are not part of the finished trail (per venue request) Thanks :-). The party will unfortunately end at 11:00 p.m. and the shuttle will begin trips back to the hotel around 10:00 p.m. If you want to stay and party until 11:00 thats fine, the shuttle will do one last trip at that time, but we must be all wrapped up by then.
11:30 pm
For all you party animals out there! If you are not ready to end your night by the time you get back to the hotel, you are more than welcome to hit up the Boneyard Bar again or Uber downtown Park City (Main Street) and continue the party. There are plenty of bars to chose from and the nightlife in Park City can be pretty fun! Some bars in Park City include but are not limited to: Bandits Grill and Bar, No Name, The Spur Bar, Wasatch Brew Pub, The Downstairs, Fletchers, High West Distillery, OP Rockwell
11:00 am - 4:00 pm
Swimsuits, water shoes, SPF and booze!
We will be doing a day after the wedding Weber River float for anyone who wants to join! We will go to Barefoot Tubing which provides both tube and lifejacket rentals for 25$ total (yes you must wear a lifejacket). Barefoot tubing also does a shuttle to and from the beginning and end of the river. We will bring some beer but it is always recommended to bring whatever your drink of choice is to make the day more interesting! If you have a pair of old watershoes at home that is also a great thing to bring. The river does have some small rapids so be ready to navigate that tube! In terms of transportation we will have two school buses pick up from the DoubleTree hotel at 11:00am, bearfoot tubing is approximately 30min from Park City.
