When should I RSVP?

Please respond with full certainty as soon as you are able, & no later than 08/01/2024.

When should I book flights?

We recommend booking your flight(s) anywhere from 10-2 months ahead of our wedding date (see the "Travel" page for more).

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

While we will not be providing transportation to and from airports, there are a myriad of shuttles & taxis available, & of course, Italy's public transit system. Refer to the "Travel" page for more information.

What is the weather like?

Answer

October in Tuscany is the end of harvest season. Expect weather with temps slightly cooler than the height of summer: highs in the 70s, lows in the 50s. Be sure to pack a light jacket or sweater(s).

What should I pack?

Answer

While Italy is known for its fashion houses, the Tuscan countryside is more casual. Pack layers & comfortable shoes you can walk in. If in doubt, err on the side of overdressing. If you are planning to attend or tour churches, be aware many require more conservative clothing: covered shoulders, clothing without rips; essentially what you would wear to a church service stateside. Don't worry, whatever you do, you'll still look like an American tourist.

Are there any other events that I should know about?

We will be hosting a welcome dinner/winery tour at our venue on October 15th, the night before our wedding. Please RSVP to this event by 06/01/2024 — we'd love to see you there!

Is transportation provided from the hotel(s) to the ceremony?

Answer

Prior to the ceremony, we are unable to provide transportation. Please reach out to us directly if you feel you may need transportation after the ceremony.

Yes. We are able to accommodate for allergies and intolerances with notice. Please let us know any needs at the time of your RSVP.
