Uber / Cabs

Using Uber, and/or cabs is an easy and great way to get around. For those not wanting to rent a car, taking a cab or Uber from the airport is very easy. For anyone staying in Lisbon, downtown Lisbon is only about 10 minutes away from the airport. Portuguese people are extremely friendly, and I have yet to have an Uber driver who doesn't speak English, or try their hardest : ) For cabs, follow the transportation signs in English through the airport, and when you get outside you'll see where the cabs line up

TAP

TAP is the airline we will usually fly. They have direct flights into Lisbon from both JFK and Newark daily. If you're looking to fly direct into Lisbon from the New York area, TAP is probably your best bet. For those coming from the Florida area, TAP also has direct flights from Miami to Lisbon.
