EVENT + AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION We will have transportation available for guests for the Welcome Reception (15-20 minute ride) & on the Wedding Day in between the Ceremony at Santa Clara and the Reception at Pensativo House Hotel. GENERAL INFO From the GUA airport to Antigua, Guatemala: Distance: 25 miles Time: 45 min (+30-45 min during rush hour) SHUTTLE Pensativo and Porta hotels offer shuttles. You can contact them once you book or via their websites. Costs vary. UBER Cost: ~ $45. Highly Recommended, there is no UberXL but the Uber will pick you up right outside the airport exit doors. Uber requires the driver to match the pin number in your app as a safety feature. AVOID rush hour + schedule your ride if possible. AIRPORT TAXI Cost: ~ $60 Yellow Taxis are the official rides. Typically there is a fixed rate from the GUA airport to Antigua so be sure to confirm beforehand. RENTAL CAR Not recommended due to limited parking in Antigua
