Welcome Party and Rehearsal Dinner

7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Come dressed like you're headed to your favorite music festival! Jazzfest, Bonnaroo, Electric Forest, you name it! Let's get festive!

We will be enjoying fresh pizza made onsite by Village Bakery, a local favorite! Veggie friendly options will also be available. All are welcome. Special thanks to Jen and Brenda, our officiants, for not only marrying us but providing a delicious meal for all of us.

Beer Exchange

7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Lauren and JR are craft beer fans and as we have folks joining us from all over the country we thought it could be fun to have a beer exchange. If you're able, bring a few cans of your favorite local beers we can all taste and try as a group from wherever you're from. Don't worry, if this isn't a possibility with your travel plans, we will be providing plenty to share in addition to other non-beer beverages. Please RSVP if you'll be participating so we can plan.

Friday Night Karaoke Party

9:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Join us for karaoke after the welcome party!

Lakeside Relaxation

10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Let's go swimming! Join us by the lake for relaxation and maybe a jump off the blob! Feel free to bring your favorite pool floatie!

The Wedding!

5:15 pm

Meet us at the chapel in the woods for our ceremony followed by the reception in the dining hall. Please note that the ceremony site is at least a ten to fifteen minute walk from the dining hall. We have rented a golf cart for transportation between the ceremony and reception sites for those who need it so please reach out to us if you'll need a ride!

Post Wedding Bonfire

There's a beautiful bonfire pit by the waterfall which runs behind the Dining Hall. Join us there for s'mores and more beers after the reception while you listen to the beautiful waterfall at camp!

Camp Check Out

Please note we have to be off-site by 3pm so if you're staying at camp plan on being packed up from your cabin by this time.
