Feel free to dress casual! We understand that June can be a tad warm for formal attire, but you are welcome to spice up your look a bit if you prefer a more semi-formal look!
The ceremony will be held in the sanctuary of the church. The reception will be held in the adjoining fellowship building.
Your invitation will outline your guest count and detail who has been invited to celebrate with us in person. If your family or children are addressed in your invitation, then of course! Both Joe and LB come from large families with many little ones, so we will provide a few small activities to keep your little ones occupied throughout the evening!
Yes! Childcare will be provided during the ceremony for children ages 6 months - 7 years. We encourage parents to take advantage of this opportunity as we are recording the ceremony and appreciate a quiet environment.
We have created a detailed guest list in order to stay on budget. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Your RSVP is due by June 1, 2021. You can RSVP via mail or through our website!
LB and Joe feel accessibility for all of our guests is very important. Our venue is on one level and is completely handicap accessible! We hope to create a comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy!
We are registered with three different stores - giving you plenty of options to choose from when considering a gift! 1. Walmart 2. Target 3. Amazon
We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. However, we encourage guests to post pictures of the reception on their social media! Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #loveathurstsight so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
We are going to celebrate the big day as originally planned! However, we recognize that some of our guests may be uncomfortable with joining us in person, so we will offer an online viewing option for those who would like to tune in to the ceremony. You are welcome to wear a mask, but if you would rather not wear one, we will not require it. We will not be exercising social distancing, so if you are uncomfortable with that, we encourage you to celebrate with us virtually!
