13th & Sansom Streets Double Knot is a sushi bar but so much more. Their upstairs happy hour has great deals on drinks and snacks alike - dumplings, buns, meats, and rolls. Cool vibe and very affordable.

Little Nonna's

Upscale Comfort Italian

13th & Locust Streets Right next to Bud & Marilyn's and owned by the same chefs, Little Nonna's is a refined version of old school comfort Italian American dishes. Try the Sunday Gravy any day of the week.

Giorgio on Pine

BYOB Italian

13th & Pine Streets If you want the authentic taste of your grandmother's pasta with your grandpa greeting you (yelling) at the door, go here. BYOB = Bring Your Own Bottle of wine (no corking fees!)

Federal Donuts

Snack time

12th between Chestnut St and Market St A Philly staple, stop in here and grab a doughnut (or 12) and fried chicken. The perfect combo.
