Please RSVP by February 22, 2023
If your invitation says your date's name or “and Guest,” then yes. However, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
We love your kids but you deserve a night out! Both the ceremony and the reception are adults only (21+).
Yes, the venue can accommodate severe food allergies, so please let us know on your RSVP card, and tell your server the evening of the party.
The dress code suggestion is Formal: Anything from suits to tuxedos, and cocktail dresses to gowns are welcome
Yes. We will be providing a shuttle from The DoubleTree Hotel to the wedding ceremony at St. Rita's (and back again post ceremony). All guests who need to take the shuttle can get it in front of The DoubleTree, regardless if you are staying there. Both of our choice hotels are located right next to the venue, so no shuttles are needed to get to The Lucy for the party!
Yes! All room rates expire on February 24th, a month before the event. Please make sure to book a room ASAP if you want to stay in the block!
Text Laura and/or Rocco ASAP and we will get more rooms added or send you a link to an alternative option.
Philly has many hotel and Air B&B options that are very centrally located, so you can choose to stay anywhere you like! If you'd like to stay at the hotel and the block is full, let us know and we can help. Also, if you choose to stay somewhere else in the city, you can still meet at the DoubleTree to take advantage of the shuttle to and from the church.
Yes. We will provide complementary valet parking at The Lucy beginning at 12:30pm and ending at midnight (guests parking for the day can take the shuttle to the church for the Ceremony). Valet parking entrance is across the street from The Lucy on Locust Street, in front of The Standing O sign. St. Rita's also has a small free parking lot located around the corner at 15th and Federal. See the map linked in the Travel/Accommodations tab.
We recommend parking your car for the weekend and taking advantage of public transportation, taxis/Uber/Lyft to get where you need to go. Also, downtown center city is very walking-friendly. If you are extending your stay and want to go somewhere a bit farther out (Valley Forge, King of Prussia, Jersey Shore), Philly is a very drivable region.
