Has your wedding date changed?

Answer

Unfortunately, yes. Due to Covid-19 Tyler and I had to make the difficult decision to postpone our wedding. While we are both incredibly disappointed about all of this we feel that our family and friends' health takes priority. We have rescheduled our ceremony and reception to June 28th. We are praying for your health and happiness during this time and cannot wait to celebrate with you on our new date.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP for our new date by May 24th, 2020.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do, but we want our wedding to be your night off! We've limited invitations for those 21 and under to only immediate family. We appreciate you making arrangments ahead of time and we hope you understand. If you need help with arrangments for childcare please let us know we will do out best to help.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES/VIDEO DURING YOUR CEREMONY?

Answer

We request that our ceremony be unplugged. We've hired an amazing professional photographer to capture our special day, so we ask that you turn all cameras and phones off for the duration of the ceremony. Feel free to turn those electronics back on at cocktail hour and start snapping away! Don't forget to use our hashtag #SlavenTheBestForLast when posting to social media so we can look back on all the fun!

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at The Conservatory at Waterstone and be seated no later than 5:45 pm, the ceremony will start promptly at 6 pm.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail, please. Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

ARE YOU REGISTERED? WHERE?

Answer

Yes! We've created a list of experiences and things for our home that we'd love to share together at Zola. Check out the registry tab above.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

Yes! We have set up a block of rooms at a discounted rate, just a short drive away from the wedding venue. We have also set up an event page with discounted rates on other hotels in the area. Please see the "Travel" section of the website for more details.

Will there be parking?

Answer

There is plenty of parking in front of and behind the venue.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING IF I HAVE QUESTIONS?
