What's the dress code?

Answer

We're going for Mountain West Formal; think dressed up, but still grounded in the great outdoors. For men, chinos or slacks (no jeans, please), button-up shirts, sports coats or suit jackets, boots encouraged, ties optional, and yes, cowboy hats are welcome. For women: dresses, jumpsuits, for shoes, think anything that works for grass, gravel and dance floors. It's formal, but make it western.

What's the weather like this time of year?

Answer

You can expect temperatures in the 80s with a very low chance of rain, clouds or overcast. The sun doesn't set until 9:00 pm this time of year so expect long, sunny days!

Are kids welcome?

While we're keeping the ceremony and reception adults-only, excluding family, we'd love to see your little ones at any of the other wedding festivities throughout the weekend! If you need help finding local trusted childcare for the big day, we're happy to assist!

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 30, 2026. Official invitations will go out April 2026. Invites will include instructions for RSVPing on our website.

Can I take photos/ videos during the ceremony?

Answer

All phones need to be off during the wedding ceremony (no filming, pictures, etc.) as this can disrupt the photographer and videographer.

Is the wedding indoors/outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and dancing will be outside but dinner will be served inside.

What time should we arrive to the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm so please plan on arriving 30 minutes early to find time for parking, to grab a pre-ceremony beverage and to take your seat.

What's the parking situation for the wedding?

Answer

When you arrive at the ranch, there is a designated lot for parking. You are welcome to drop people off in your party at the entrance for the event before parking.

The reception will end at 9:00 PM.
