Getting to Kingston, Washington
By Ferry If you are coming from the Seattle area, we recommend getting to the venue by ferry. The best route is the Edmonds to Kingston ferry. Our venue is a 5-minute drive from the Kingston ferry terminal. We HIGHLY recommend arriving to the ferry at least an hour before the departure time. Wait times can be several hours during the peak summer travel season. Please plan accordingly! Refer to the Edmonds/Kingston summer ferry schedule here: www.wsdot.com/Ferries/Schedule By Car If you want to avoid the ferry, you can also drive around the Puget Sound to get to the venue. It is a 1.5-2 hour drive from Seattle. For those joining us from out of town and going directly to Kingston, we recommend driving from the airport (about a 1.5 hour drive).
Travel Note
Hotel Information
For those staying overnight, our recommended hotel is Clearwater Resort & Casino in Suquamish, WA, located about 10 minutes from our venue. If you plan to use the shuttle service, it will pick you up and drop you off at Clearwater. The resort wasn’t able to offer us a room block, but rooms on the Tower side are now available to book online (link below). There are also rooms on the Resort side, which is a quieter part of the property and conveniently connected to the gym and pool/spa. If you prefer to stay on the Resort side, you’ll need to call the hotel directly to book. We don’t recommend Airbnb unless you’re planning to drive to the venue, as the shuttle won’t pick up from Airbnb locations.

Shuttle Information

We will have two 14-passenger shuttles to take you between the venue and the hotel. They will be available from 1-4pm and 8pm-1am. If you plan to drink, please utilize the shuttle or coordinate a designated driver! If you drive to the venue, you can leave your car overnight, but you must pick it up by 10am on Saturday to avoid a fee from the venue. Be aware that Uber/Lyft are not readily available in Kingston! Please do not rely on them for transportation.
