When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than May 31, 2026. If you know your plans earlier, please RSVP as soon as possible.

What should I wear?

Dress Code: Formal Garden Party We’re blending classic elegance with the charm of an outdoor celebration. Think formal attire with a seasonal twist. We encourage guests to embrace summer colors, floral accents, and patterns. Examples: Floor-length or midi dresses in floral prints, pastel or bright tones Elegant jumpsuits, suits, or dressy separates Heels, wedges, or formal flats suitable for outdoor terrain Suits in lighter fabrics (linen, cotton blends) or classic dark tones Dress shirts with ties or bow ties (floral or seasonal patterns welcome) Polished dress shoes, loafers, or nice sneakers

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited capacity at the venue, we’ve had to make difficult decisions on our guest list. If a plus one was included, their name will appear on your invitation envelope. Thank you for understanding!

We love your kiddos, but our wedding is an adults only celebration.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 4pm and no earlier than 3:45pm. We'll be there to greet you at cocktail hour!

Does the venue have parking?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking if you prefer to drive. Please make appropriate arrangements if you plan to drink alcohol. You can leave your car at the venue until 10am the next morning, if needed. Please note that if you pick it up after 10am, you will be charged a fee by the venue.

Are the celebrations outdoors?
Answer
Yes, most everything is outside. The reception space does have a tent and an indoor lounge area.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Seattle weather can be unpredictable, but historically, August in Kingston tends to be mild and pleasant, with average highs around 75°F and lows near 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to the date and dressing accordingly.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We will have a gluten free/vegan dinner option. Please indicate your restrictions when you RSVP.
