There are way too many amazing restaurants in the area to be able to just pick a few. If you're staying at the hotel we recommend The Local (try their fish and chips!), Rojo (they have the best margaritas), Crave (upscale sushi), or Roti (casual Mediterranean take out) If you like cheeseburgers, MN is well known for their Juicy Lucy’s- try Matt’s Bar or The Nook. Parlour mastered the classic burger, but it is a little pricey.
This is a really fun bar with bowling, karaoke, good food and drinks.
We love going to breweries and lucky for us, Minneapolis is full of breweries. Here’s just a few: Lakes and Legends- this is where we had our first date Sociable Ciderworks- awesome cider flights You could also consider going on a brewery tour.
Minnesota is known for having the best state fair and luckily our wedding lands on the first weekend of the fair!
MN has a lot of beautiful lakes, this one does not disappoint and is very close to our venue. You can rent a kayak or bicycle, and stop at bread and pickle on the lake for something to eat or ice cream!
