This option is a short drive to downtown Fort Collins and our venue, and by far the most affordable option we've found in our research. Great reviews, and still has easy access to everything Fort Collins has to offer.
House Or Rental
We stayed here when we first moved to the area. Richard is such a lovely host and the photos do not do this cute little rental justice. Perfect for a couple, with a full kitchen, and walking distance to downtown Fort Collins! Parking available in a small lot in the back of the residence. Please note that you have to a take a narrow and steep staircase to get to this second floor unit. Also, the bed is incredibly comfortable but is just a full-size! Another unit managed by Richard, who we rented from when we first arrived in Fort Collins A 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that can sleep up to 6 people. It's adjacent to the other listing. The family of Tyler's coworker manages this property right in downtown Fort Collins, in the super lovely residential streets surrounding the historical Old Town area. A great option if multiple guests wanted to share a space! Sleeps 4.
Hotel
Loveland is about a 30-minute drive to the downtown Fort Collins area, but is charming in its own right and has some more budget-friendly options if you're up for the extra drive time. Downtown Loveland is a lot of fun, with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. - and it's where we currently call home! My parents stayed here for a week during their visit to Colorado and thought it was super affordable, a great location, and super quiet, clean, and friendly.
