Question

Who should I contact with questions on the day of the wedding?

Answer

On the day of, please contact Margie Lake at 410-245-1450 with any questions or issues that may come up.

Question

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! There's an elevator that goes from the ground floor of the building to the event space on the second floor. Restrooms are available on the same floor.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Definitely by June 15, but the sooner the better! Quite a bit of travel will be involved for most of our guest list, and we understand that takes time to coordinate. If we can be of any help, let us know!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Visit the Registry tab on this website to see all of the items we've registered for all in one place. This site makes it easy for you to shop directly through the site, instead of visiting different online stores where we've registered.

Question

How is parking in Fort Collins? Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is generally pretty easy to find around the downtown Fort Collins area. If you are staying at an Airbnb, you most likely have street parking (which is usually easy to find) or a private space. Around town, most parking is two-hour, though that is not enforced on the weekends. Ginger and Baker has its own parking lot directly across the street from the restaurant. Be sure to validate your parking with the staff.

Question

Can I Request Dietary Accommodations for the Reception Dinner?

Answer

Absolutely. When you RSVP, there is an option to select a vegetarian option. If you have other dietary considerations, there is also a section in your RSVP to make note of that so we can relay it to the venue. Please let us know!

Question

Will I need to adjust to the higher elevation?

Answer

Most likely, you will experience a bit of an adjustment period to the higher elevation here, though it's most pronounced if you go up to Estes or Rocky Mountain National Park. Our best advice is to stay extra hydrated throughout your stay, get plenty of rest, and remember that 1 alcoholic beverage at lower elevation = at least 2 drinks up here :-)
