Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card? I didn't receive anything in the mail.

Answer

We have decided to go paperless for our wedding communications. So our save the dates, invites, and RSVP will be sent digitally to you. We ask that you RSVP directly through our wedding website by February 15th, 2025. All updates to the itinerary or any further detail will be communicated on our wedding website. For any additional questions please contact Jordan or Laissa directly.

Question

I can't make the ceremony, can I join you at the reception?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is the main event. Please only RSVP yes if you're able to attend the ceremony at 5:00 PM.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they have been named in your personalized RSVP page.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your children and enjoy seeing them grow, but for our wedding day, we decided to have mainly an adults/16+ celebration. We hope that this is a much deserved date night for parents!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by February 15th, 2025, but sooner is always appreciated! If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we will have to mark you as "no". We need to provide a total guest count to our catering and vendors in a timely manner, we hope you understand. If you need to change your RSVP for any reason, please contact Laissa or Jordan directly as soon as possible so we can update our vendors!

Where are you registered?

Answer

We have decided to have a newlywed fund as our only registry item. As we embark on this new chapter of our lives together, we are blessed with everything we need in our home in Spain. Therefore, rather than traditional gifts, we would be grateful for contributions to a cash fund that will help us invest in our future. This fund will support important milestones, such as a downpayment for our first home, our future children's education, or our dream honeymoon. Is there a dress code?

Yes, we're asking our guests to dress up with us! For Women – Wear floral prints, colorful, pastels, lighter fabrics, or anything that makes you look and feel your best / Long dress, Midi dress, knee-length dress, tailored jumpsuits / Heels, wedges, flats or sandals (Tip: Pack a pair of your best dancing shoes for the reception !) For Men – Tie / Suit jacket or blazer / Classic leather dress shoes

I'm an out of town visitor and have lots of logistical questions

For our out of town visitors, first, thank you for making the trip to celebrate our special day! We've outlined lots of recommendations in our "Things to Do" section to make a full trip out of your time in New York. Below we'll cover the basics: Transportation: The wedding will be hosted on Long Island (Brentwood, NY). Though you are welcome to book your accommodations in one of the 5 boroughs of NYC, keep in mind the wedding venue is about 1-1.5 hours away from Brooklyn/Queens/Manhattan. In addition, Long Island is more suburban area with limited public transportation so we strongly recommend renting a car during your stay for more convenience. Child Care: As our wedding will be adults-only/16+, we want to make it as convenient as possible for you to arrange childcare on our wedding day. These nannies come pre-vetted as they are required to be background checked to have an account. There you can share your travel dates and accommodation location and get to know your nanny in advance.
