Sage Canyon Cabins

Two, three and four bedroom cabins are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Each of our cabins features a well-appointed kitchen and living area, bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms, and the option to upgrade to a unit with a hot tub. Additionally, certain cabins can be made up with twin beds in one bedroom or a sofa bed in the living area. Click the link below to find virtual cabin tours. Cabin Guestrooms are individual bedrooms that make up a larger 4 bedroom cabin, which are rented individually. Each one has its own separate entrance and is equipped with its own king sized bed, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge. Brasada Ranch House

King Guestrooms, Ranch House Rooms and Suites are single guestrooms (similar to what you might find in a hotel) and are well suited for individual guests or couples. Rooms and cabins are first come, first served. We encourage you to book early to get the unit of your choice.

Flight

Redmond Municipal Airport

Redmond airport is a small airport conveniently located 16 miles from Brasada Ranch and 17 miles from Bend, Oregon. Alaska Airlines and United Airlines are two of the most common airlines that provide flights into Redmond.

Travel Note

Uber and Lyft

Uber and Lyft are available in the Bend area. Due to the pandemic, less cars are available and costs are higher than normal. If you do choose this method of transportation, please keep in mind that Lyft and Uber may be up to 30 minutes away from the airport or Brasada Ranch for pick up requests. We encourage you to SCHEDULE AHEAD a pick up time on the app if you have a specific pick up time required.

Amenities When Booking with Brasada Ranch

Staying at Brasada Ranch includes use of the following amenities: two restaurants, two pools (one adult only), a fitness center, a free game room, hiking trails, stocked ponds for fishing, and tennis, pickle ball, basketball and volleyball courts. Other amenities on the grounds that you can enjoy for an additional rate include golf, horseback riding, and spa services (all with 10% wedding guest discount). Golf carts, “Ranch Rovers”, may be rented during your stay for a quick way to get around the property but most will find it walkable. Resort wide pick up and drop off services are also complimentary.

VRBO or AirBnb at Brasada Ranch

There are a variety of VRBO and Airbnb cabins and homes at Brasada Ranch which you are welcome to book. Guests of non-resort managed cabins and homes do not have access to the new Cascade Pool, Resort Wide Transportation, Housekeeping or Maintenance Services. Restaurants, Rentals, Golf, Spa, Trail Rides and Athletic Center give priority to Resort Managed Cabin Renters, with non-Resort Managed Cabin Renters accommodated on a space available basis.

Booking Outside of Brasada Ranch

You are certainly welcome to book outside of Brasada Ranch for your stay in the Bend area. If you do stay off grounds, we recommend that you rent a vehicle. All wedding guests are welcome to join for the S’mores Welcome Reception on August 13th from 8pm - 10pm, the Wedding Ceremony and Reception on August 14th from 5pm - 12am and the Cabin Brunch on August 15th from 10am - 12pm. Parking is free. If you are not staying at Brasada Ranch you may not have access to optional group activities such as pool days and the use of the athletic center facilities.
