What if I already booked lodging for the 2020 wedding date?

Answer

Your lodging reservations from 2020 will be moved forward to the new wedding week in 2021 automatically at the same rates and duration of stay. If you prefer to have your deposit refunded and rebook at a later date then call Brasada Ranch Reservations at (877) 771-4239.

What airport should we fly into?

Answer

Redmond Municipal Airport is the closest and most convenient airport to fly into for the wedding. Recently, many prominent cities on the west coast have added direct flights into Redmond at reasonable rates. The Redmond Airport is only 20 min away from Brasada Ranch. Alternatively, if you prefer to fly into Portland International Airport it is about a 3 hour drive from Brasada Ranch.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

The weekend is family friendly with the exception of the wedding ceremony and reception. Please see next FAQ for childcare options.

What childcare options does Brasada provide?

Answer

While Brasada does not provide childcare directly, they do recommend the following childcare service (website below) and allow for group childcare to take place in the game room. The game room is a short walking distance from the ceremony so you can easily check on your kid(s). Www.snappysitters.com You are also welcome to bring family members to the weekend activities who are helping you with childcare for the ceremony and reception. Make it a family weekend!

What is the closest grocery store?

Answer

The General Store is located on property at Brasada Ranch and features everything you need to stock your cabin. Find all the essentials from dairy, eggs and fresh produce to wholesome snacks, coffee, beer, wine and everything in between. Other grocery shopping options nearby include Powell Butte Country Store, a small store 12 minutes drive from Brasada Ranch, and Costco, Whole Foods and Safeway which are located 23 minutes drive from Brasada Ranch.
