When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 8th, 2025.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! Children are welcome at our wedding, we can't wait to celebrate with your entire family. There will be a kids play house and swing set at the venue for them to enjoy that day as well.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire: A suit or a dress shirt is suggested. A midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates are also welcome.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We plan on having an entree choice that's vegan, gluten free and nut free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Our cocktail hour appetizers will also all be clearly marked if they are vegan and allergy friendly. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions in the designated section of your digital RSVP to ensure everyone is comfortable and well fed!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For guests driving of the venue, there is free on-site parking.

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

A 90-minute cocktail hour will take place on the front lawn between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy drinks, small bites and lawn games.

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

Bellingham Airport (BLI) and Everett Airport (PAE) are the closest airports to our venue, although there are not many airlines flying to them. Seattle/Tacoma Airport (SEA) will have the broadest range of flight options but about an hour and a half from the venue/hotel.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony seating will be very close to the parking lot. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 20 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to find a seat and get settled at the ceremony.
