The Wedding Website of Kylie Renaud and Troy Colvin
Below we are providing you a run down of what we have found to work best, our experiences and our research. If at any point you have further questions please reach out; after all, you are our closest family and friends!

Flight

Major Airlines: American, Delta, JetBlue, United, Spirit, Frontier, and (newly) Southwest AirlinesMajor Airlines: American, Delta, JetBlue, United, Spirit, Frontier, and (newly) Southwest Airlines

Best time to buy: From years of visiting the island we have found that the best deals on flights book about 1-3 months ahead; book on a Sunday or midweek and in incognito mode (for internet browsing) while searching. Airfare is usually cheapest if you can be a bit flexible on dates (e.g. wiggle room by a day or two on arrival or departure to avoid expensive weekend days)

TransportationTransportation

Transit from airport: Transit to and from the airport: isn't complicated but an adventure none the less. There are 3 options: Catching an airport taxi upon arrival, scheduling a private taxi, or renting a car. All 3 are fine options depending on budgets and comfort level. Most common method is to just catch a taxi upon arrival; all you do is step outside the doors of the airport and they will immediately ask you if you need a taxi. Be aware that this method will group you into taxi vans with other strangers based upon locations.

AccommodationsAccommodations

Our wedding will be held on the north side of the island & almost everywhere on the island is within 30 min of it’s location, so book whatever suits you. Our families will be staying the week in private rentals (VRBO/AirBNB) & there are many other great rentals on the VRBO site/app along with AirBNB. We recommend shopping on these sites if you are extending your time on the island beyond a couple nights. We have travelled to the islands over a dozen times and find that villas/private rentals often provide more bang for your buck here (if you are a comfortable traveler or traveling as a group). If you are staying a short time or not looking for the "adventure" that living like the locals provides then hotels are a great option. Below we will provide a few suggestions.

If you are looking for a beautiful rental for a group this is the place to be with a great location. It is owned by our close friend, who lives in the unit below, so local assistance and a friendly host will be no issue (he too will be attending the wedding).
