Probably the most iconic location in all of Arizona. The Grand Canyon is a must see for all those visiting Arizona for the first time. Walking along the canyon is something that the whole family can enjoy - there are paved sidewalks and guardrails for safety, or for the more adventurous ones, you can hike down into the canyon. If you decide to visit, just don't forget to bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
Sedona! Another amazing place with breathtaking views. Sedona has a cute little village that you can walk around and shop for artisanal trinkets. There are a plethora of hikes through the surrounding landscapes that range from easy to hard. If you decide to visit, just don't forget to bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
A fun and vibrant place to find some delicious meals and drinks, especially near Roosevelt Row. There are tons of breweries, cocktail bars, cafes, pizzerias and breakfast spots clustered all over the city, and The Arizona Science Center and Phoenix Art Museum are some of the main places to enjoy the arts and sciences.
One of our favorite spots to hang out and relax when we lived in Downtown Phoenix. If you are craving a good beer with some amazing bar food then this is your place! It has a nice outdoor area with lots of room and and inside area for those looking to escape the heat.
Definitely one of the coolest cocktail experiences in all of our time in Arizona. This speakeasy is a popular location for those wanting to have an elevated cocktail bar experience. Reservations prior to going are highly recommend, and on some days mandatory (so please plan accordingly). In addition to these, if you look in the area you have 36 below, The Grey Hen Rx, and UnderTow. These are all themed cocktail bars that will leave you speechless.
