Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We'll be at the beer garden for a come-and-go style welcome party and we'd love to see you! Lost Cabin Beer Co is a Rapid City brewery and their beer garden in Hill City is family- and pet-friendly. They also serve NA beer, hop water, kombucha, and sodas. There will be a local food truck there as well if you're looking for something to eat!

Wedding Ceremony

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

The wedding ceremony will be taking place on the Lakeview Deck at the Auditorium, guests should start arriving at 3:30pm for the ceremony to begin at 4:00pm. There are areas of seating without tree coverage, so be sure to sunscreen your shoulders. There will be water and fans available as you enter.

There will be a shuttle van between Sylvan Lake Lodge and the Auditorium for guests. If you'd prefer to park closer to the auditorium, visit the ranger station at the entrance to pick up a park pass that will be free for wedding guests! The main parking lot by the park entrance gate is closest to the Auditorium, availability is dependent on other park guests. Outside the main parking lot, cars can park on the side of the road or at another parking lot on the east side of the lake (~15 min walk from auditorium).

Send Off Brunch

9:00 am - 11:00 am

The Siemers family will be hosting a come-and-go brunch at their cabin, we'd love to see you before you head out of town! RSVP if interested and we'll keep you in the loop!
