Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts promptly at 4pm. We recommend you arrive at 3:30pm for a mingle prior to our new beginning.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We want to spend as much time with you as we can! Check under the travel tab to see our hotels. Upon check-in, please mention that you are attending the Geimer wedding. The hotel staff will have a welcome gift for you, courtesy of the happy couple!

Hotel check in is at 3:00 pm, how do we ensure we can be ready for the 4:00 pm ceremony?

Answer

We understand that this can be tricky. Both hotels have been wonderful in working with us and will do everything they can to accommodate early check in requests. If you are checking into your hotel on June 6, we recommend calling your hotel that morning to request early check-in accommodations.

What time will the shuttle leave to go to the Wedding?

Answer

Shuttles will be making stops at both hotels. The first shuttle will leave at 2:45 pm followed by two more at 3:00 pm & 3:25 pm. Please refer back to the travel tab.

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

If you wish to drive there will be parking available.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

June can be hot, so comfort is key! We’d love for you to look your best, but please dress for the weather. If it’s warm, polo shirts and sundresses are totally fine. We want everyone comfortable, dancing, mingling, and having a great time. Thank you for putting in the effort to look your best and to celebrate with us! We can’t wait to see you!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The bigger the party the better! However, our venue can only accommodate a certain amount of people, please do not bring a date or kids unless they have been invited or it has been discussed with the bride or groom.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please reach out to Kyle or Lize for any concerns. We want you to enjoy the food from our amazing caterer.

Your presence is our greatest gift! We do have a registry if you do wish to bring something. Check out the registry tab.
