Each vehicle in Banff requires a Parks Canada pass, which are available at the park gate. Unfortunately there is no parking at the Tunnel Mountain Reservoir. When planning transportation to/from the reception at Three Bears Brewery, please factor in whether you will be drinking. Parking on the streets of Banff usually has a fee, but can minimize walking for those with limited mobility. It is a 10 minute walk between the reception and the free parking lot at the train station.
FlixBus offers twice-daily buses between Calgary and Banff for under $20. The summer 2025 tickets are already available; we would recommend taking the 8am bus from Calgary to Banff on Friday Aug 1. FlixBus drops you off in Downtown Banff, where you can have breakfast or coffee before walking to the train station to shuttle to/from the wedding ceremony.

Roam runs local bus routes in Banff and Canmore. If you're staying in Canmore and want to avoid driving, day passes between Canmore and Banff are $15/day and the last bus back to Canmore is around 11:15pm. If you want to explore in the days before/after the wedding, Roam also offers reasonably priced buses from Banff to Johnston Canyon, Lake Minnewanka, Canmore, and by advanced-booking to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.
