Mother of the Bride
Many people who know my mother know she is kind, hardworking, funny without even really realizing it, and someone who will not tolerate anyone's BS. My mother grew up in the Philippines and worked incredibly hard to accomplish the things many of us take for granted. Though we both do not quite see eye to eye and butt heads on certain things, much of what I have accomplished and who I am could not have been achieved without my mother. The amount of hardships she's had to endure and the way she's come out on the other end with determination, ready to live and enjoy her life, inspires me everyday. Often expressed through tough love (love nonetheless), she has always encouraged us to do the hard things. She truly is THE example of a Super Woman. She has been the most wonderful wife, mother, sister, aunt, and grandma that anyone could ever ask for. I'm so grateful to be able to have her with us to celebrate our wedding. I love you, Mom!
Father of the Bride
This one's hard. First, let me just say, most of you already know, but for those who don't: My dad won't physically be there because, well, he's dead. He passed away January of 2017. My dad, like my mom, grew up working hard his entire life. He was up before the sun and finished work on our ranch sometimes when the sun had already set. Him and our mom combined taught us true hard work and compromise. He was a quiet, gentle man with a bit of social anxiety but always found joy in the smaller things like cookie dough, ice cream, a comfy recliner, and Diet Coke. He had a deep love for Hawaii, Louis Lamour, ranching, my siblings and I, our mother, and cats. He undoubtedly passed on his love for cats to me, and I will gladly wear the badge of honor that is "The Crazy Cat Lady". I won't lie, planning has been incredibly hard with the thought of him always sitting somewhere in my mind. He was there for both of my siblings weddings, and now I just get to have the essence of him at mine. I know that somehow he'll be there because he wouldn't miss it for the world. His little Bug is getting married in the 'princess dress' he said I needed to have for my wedding. While I would give anything to have him there, I'm incredibly grateful I get to share more moments with my mother. I was so worried for a period of time that I wouldn't have either of them with me for my wedding. I love & miss you, Dad. Your little girl is marrying her very bestest friend in the whole universe!
Mother of the Groom
A lot of people know my mom as a kind, hardworking, and dedicated member of the community of education workers here in town. For many years, Mom was a preschool teacher. Despite all the horrifying stories she had of kids being gross, she still continued to be the best teacher possible. Kids and parents loved having her in the classroom. She was a master of her craft and it showed. Mom would even serve a brief term as a school board representative in Elko County. My mom has served as an inspiration to me, both professionally and in life. She taught me to be caring, helpful, and patient. Most importantly though, my Mom showed me what love is. I would not be the person I am today without her and I cannot thank her enough for being the perfect mother. I love you, Mom. Thank you for everything!
Father of the Groom
My Dad is the type of guy who appears very stern, but in reality he is one of the kindest people in the world. My Dad is an extremely hardworking and caring man, who always has the best interests of his family in mind. My Dad is a very funny and wise person (maybe that comes with being a Grandpa and a Phillips) and is someone who will help you find a solution to any problem. My Dad has served as an inspiration to me for all my life, he taught me what it means to be committed, how to be confident, and to stand up for my beliefs. My Dad also taught me how to lead and how to respect others even when you disagree. My Dad also shared his love of baseball and cool cars with me. I wouldn't be who I am today without my amazing father, and I only hope that I can be half the man he is one day. I love you Dad, thank you for everything!

Emerson is one of Kamille's nephews! Emerson's parents are Kamille's brother and sister-in-law, Kevin and Jessica Neff and is the youngest of the nephews and nieces! He may only be 2, but he already has quite the growing personality. He can be shy at times, but he is also fairly bold, warmhearted, and witty. We're utterly ecstatic to have him join his big brother, Rylen, and his cousin, James, in delivering our rings down the aisle!
Maid of Honor
Amy is one of my (Kamille) best friends! We have been best friends since high school and, now, have been for over a decade. I can't pin point the exact moment we became friends. She had always just been one of my best friend at the end of each school year and every year after that. We have been there for each other through some trying periods of life but also for many wonderful memories. She's listened to all her friends' endless yapping without judgement, has always been there to encourage us in our dreams and passions, and has shared in the humor that makes us all silently wheeze and hit each other. She constantly inspires us to be unapologetically, authentically ourselves and has taught us to never be sorry for crying and expressing how we feel. She has personally taught me that life can be so incredibly hard sometimes, but it can also be so good and worth living. She has given me the support and expressed the joy I would hope to receive from loved ones during this momentous milestone in Kyle and I's life together. Pretty darn good pick for Maid of Honor, right?
Bridesmaid
So, technically, Cristina knew me before I knew her. We both went to tiny, little K-8 rural schools, and apparently she would see me on the field trips our schools would take together. So, I think it's safe to say that we were fated to become best friends! Cristina, Kelsi, and I all had the same P.E. class together freshman year, and I still honestly think that we were all Dolezal's (our P.E. teacher) favorites! Over the years of us being friends, Cristina has affectionately become the 'Mom' of our friend group. She always has a place for us to sleep if we need it. She never lets any of us go to the bathroom by ourselves and keeps creepy men away from us when we go out together. She takes many pictures when we go on trips because we all mostly forget to. She has become the caring 'Auntie Cristina' to Kyle and I's cat children. She is one of the most kindhearted, hardworking, selfless people I know. She truly puts so much effort and thought into her relationships with people. She gives so much of her time and energy, and I hope she remembers to stop sometimes and take care of herself. I am so honored to have her as a bridesmaid by my side<3
Bridesmaid
Caroline and I's (Kamille's) friendship came a little later than the rest, but nonetheless, I am beyond grateful to have her as one of my best friends. I think the first time we actually met each other was junior year of high school in science class. Carol was the first friend in high school who had a childhood and culture similar to mine, and I was absolutely ecstatic to find out that her mom also cooks lumpia and pancit! Carol has always been someone I've known as a hard worker, effortless comedian, and an unproblematic, beautiful person inside and out. She'll hype you up, crack a joke and make you spit your drink out, and probably fight someone if she has to. She has been such pivotal part of how I'm able to carry myself through the world, and I can't imagine my circle of best friends without her in it. She's truly such a special person who deserves all the good in the world. I'm so thankful she'll be joining us by my side on Kyle and I's special day.
Bridesmaid
Kelsi has also been one of my (Kamille) longest friends. She was actually my first friend in high school, and I don't know if could've made it through my awkward, nerve-wracking freshman year without her. I constantly recite the story of the moment I knew when we became friends whenever I look back on our friendship. Mostly because it's kind of funny. In our P.E. class, we had to throw a softball back and forth with a partner. The first day, both of us had pretty uncoordinated partners. I noticed how good she was at throwing, and apparently, she noticed my pretty-good throwing too. The next day, we both immediately went up to each other and asked to be partners, and the rest is history! Here we are today. She's married and killing it as a wife and mom. Kelsi is incredibly empathetic, great at listening to us rant, and very good at giving us advice even if she hasn't dealt with something herself. She's incredibly kind and understanding but will not take BS from anyone. She has fought hard for the life she wants and is such an inspiration to those around her. I get to marry my bestest friend in the whole world (Kyle) with Kelsi standing by my side as one of my phenomenal bridesmaids, and I'm all around so lucky!
Officiant
Monica has been part of both of our lives for quite sometime. 10+ years in Kyle's and 5+ in mine and also is married to Kyle's brother, Brayden, and mom to Mia! Monica has such a warm, authentic personality, and she's the kind of person that everyone instantly likes and feels comfortable around. She's an expert in navigating multiple conversations happening around her, diffusing a child about to cry, and cooking up a joke at the perfect moment. She is incredibly thoughtful, considerate, and radiates such a fun, infectious energy. You can't help but to feel a bit more happy after talking to her. She's an incredible example of a sister, daughter, aunt, mom, sister-in-law, wife, and just overall person. We're beyond lucky to have her leading our ceremony!
Best Man
Brayden has been my closest friends for almost 24 years now. Things have changed quite a bit since the days we actually lived together. When I was younger I honestly never thought I would miss coming home from school and seeing both Brayden and Jessika at dinner that night. Brayden has always been supportive of who I am and the things that I enjoy. When I was younger, we would play Rock Band and World at War on the Xbox in the basement, we would sled down the stairs in the backyard whenever it snowed, and when Brayden got his license he would take me on drives just because he wanted too. As we got older Brayden would take me shooting, he'd take me for rides in his Jeep, he'd help me work on my Jeep, and was even there to help pull that same Jeep out of an irrigation pond when it got stolen. Brayden has always been an amazing and supportive person and I couldn't ask for a better older brother and Best Man. I love you Brayden, thank you for everything!
Groomsman
I first met Noah during my 7th grade P.E. class. While we were running ladders, I overheard him talking about my newest hyper fixation with another friend, Kyle. They were talking about Destiny. I quickly joined this conversation and very soon found that Noah and I were very alike. We liked the same games, the same shows, the same kinds of YouTube videos, we laughed at the same jokes, and we even liked the same subjects in school. Since that day in P.E. Noah has been one of my closest friends and we have shared countless memories together. Ranging from debate and choir trips to bar crawls and late night game sessions, we always find joy in each others company. Thank you for being one of my best friends and for always being there, no matter the situation. I wouldn't want anyone else as one of my Groomsmen.
Groomsman
COMING SOON:)
Groomsman
I first met Dalton when I was in 5th grade and he was in 6th. Our Moms were both working at the preschool and they thought it would be best if we walked to their work after school, together. I still remember the description of Dalton that my Mom gave me that day before school. "He has short, buzzed hair, and it wearing a green shirt that says "Academy". As a kid, I thought my Mom was making me walk with some juvenile delinquent who was fresh out of military school! Thankfully, I was very wrong in my assumptions. Dalton has been one of my best friends ever since we met that day. We quickly bonded over a love of video games (mainly Minecraft and the first Black Ops game) and Star Wars. We have shared countless memoires that I will always cherish and I cannot wait to share one more with you! Thank you for walking with me to the Child Center and thank you for always being my friend!
Groomsman
I first met Riley in elementary school but we never really interacted into we got to middle school. Riley and I had the same Environmental Science class our 7th grade year. Very quickly we realized that we had a lot in common. We liked the same video games, the same shows, and similar kinds of music. But the main thing we shared was a love for movies. Because of that, I think I can confidently say Riley is the friend that I have seen the most movies with. (Shoutout Jurassic World) Since those days years ago, Riley has continued to be one of my closest friends. Despite the distance between us, we still talk as often as we can and Riley continues to be a permanent member of my Destiny fireteams (It's usually just us and sometimes Dalton). We have shared so many memories together and I wouldn't want anyone else as one of my Groomsmen! Thank you for being my friend!
Groomsman
I met Walker all the way back in preschool. I don't remember what prompted us to become friends, maybe it was little league baseball, but we have remained close friends since. Despite meeting and becoming friends so early on, we wouldn't really interact much until we got to 5th grade. I wasn't in the same class as Walker, but I was in the same class as Wesley. We would reconnect during school and quickly realized we still liked a lot of the same things. Since that reconnection, we have remained close friends and still continue talk and play games whenever we can. We have shared so many memories together starting as far back as literal childhood. Ranging from riding our bikes around town to playing drinking games on Halloween in your kitchen, they are memories that I will cherish forever. Thank you for always being my friend!
Groomsman
I first met Wesley all the way back in preschool. I'm still fairly certain little league is what caused us to be friends but, like Walker, we wouldn't interact again until 5th grade. There in the back of Mrs. Lemback's class, we instantly reconnected, picking up where we left off. Wesley would introduce me to his and Walker's group of friends and those people quickly became my friends too. Without Wesley, I wouldn't have made as many amazing friends as I have today. Wesley and I have shared so many memories both growing up and in our early adult lives. From debate trips and games of D&D and Magic, all the way to bar crawls and casino runs, you have been there with me through it all! I'm happy knowing that you'll be present in another memory as well. Thank you for being my PF partner and for always being my friend, no matter what. I wouldn't want anyone else as one of my Groomsmen!
Honorary Flower Girl
Allia is our sweet 14 year old senior kitty. My (Kamille) dad brought her home when I was 12. I remember he came home one day and said, "Look what I got!" and appeared around the couch with a tiny, white kitten with dark-tipped ears, a dark tail, a few extra toes, and blue eyes. She since has developed beautiful stripes and lives a calm, catered, senior kitty life. No matter how old she is, she's just a little baby!
Honorary Ring Bearer
Tomioka is the first of our adopted kitties! While walking through the shelter, we carefully visited with each cat (Kamille wanted to adopt them all), and we stopped at one particular kennel. This little tuxedo kitten with small, grumpy old man face reached through the kennel door holes and tried to grab and play with Kyle's hat. We don't know why, but we knew from that that we wanted to adopt him. He's now 3 and kind of a butthole sometimes but is also very loving and such a funny little guy:)
Honorary Flower Girl
Kocho is the second adopted kitty. Before being introduced to her, we had brought Tomika to meet a different girl kitten. However, we were told the kitten we picked did not get along with other cats. So, they suggested this little tabby and brought her in to meet Tomioka. They sniffed each other, walked around, and then Kocho went back into her carrier and hissed. Regardless, we felt like we needed to pick her. Her and Tomioka took some time to warm up to each other but eventually could be found cuddling while napping. They definitely sometimes fight like siblings but ultimately enjoy each other's company. Kocho is very sassy, sweet, and is extra clingy and affectionate with Kyle:)
Honorary Ring Bearer
Soos came to us through certain circumstances and has brought lively yet balanced energy into the home. Although he's the same age as Tomioka and Kocho, he's a BIG boy. He's not at all overweight, just very tall and long. When Tomioka and Kocho get a little out of hand, Soos can be seen and heard wrestling Tomioka and galloping after Kocho. When we first met Soos, before he joined us, he was very shy and would often sit and stare at people from a hallway. Now, although still a little skittish around new people, he is very vocal and the biggest, sweetest teddy bear. He has been such an amazing addition, and we're so grateful all the kitties can keep each other company when we're away:)
