Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery
One of our favorite places for an afternoon of wine tasting. The tasting room is open daily 11:00am to 5:00pm and on Friday and Saturday evenings until 7:00pm. Feel free to bring a picnic blanket or some snack and spend some time on the lawn. There are complementary tours every hour that are enjoyable as well.
Willows Run Golf Complex
Kyle's most frequented golf course in the area. It has something for everyone with 2 18-hole golf courses, along with a 9-hole par 3 course and a putt-putt course. 12 minute drive from downtown Woodinville.
Cherry Creek Falls Trailhead
A wonderful waterfall hike about a 20 minute drive from downtown Woodinville. The hike is about 5 miles round trip, but please note there is limited parking at the trailhead.
Wallace Falls State Park
A great waterfall hike about 40 min drive from downtown Woodinville. Amounts to about 6 miles round-trip to see the main waterfall, although other shorter hikes are available from this same parking lot.
Woodinville Tourist District
Tons of wineries to visit in the tourist district of Woodinville, you can park and walk between multiple wineries as many are located within a couple blocks.
Lake Serene Trailhead
Hard hike! A western Washington classic. About 45 minute drive from downtown Woodinville. The hike is about 8 miles round trip with the option to take a detour to Bridal Veil Falls which adds about 1 mile.
Maltby Cafe
Winner of all sorts of breakfast awards, known for their enormous cinnamon rolls. 10 minute drive from downtown Woodinville.
Sultan Bakery
An area staple, where Kyle grew up stopping on the way to the ski hills on the weekends. Great breakfast place, right near the wedding venue. About 30 minute drive from downtown Woodinville.
