Am I allowed to bring my children or a guest?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we can’t accommodate for all of our guests to bring a guest, or guests, of their own. Therefore, we ask that you only bring the people specifically indicated on your invitation.

Will either of you be changing your last name?
Answer
Although untraditional, we will become the Theodorescu’s. We value having the same last name as we join together in marriage; therefore, Kyle will be taking Claire’s last name.

What is the dress code?

Formal attire is requested (suits for men and cocktail dresses or evening gowns for women).

Where should we stay?

We have a block of rooms available for the Theodorescu-McMillan wedding at the Hampton Inn in Downtown Woodinville. There are other options for accommodations listed under the Travel tab of this website.

How do I get to the wedding?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both take place at the Gray Bridge Wedding Venue in Sultan, WA. There will be several options to get to the wedding. There is ample parking onsite if you choose to drive yourself. We will be offering transportation from the Hampton Inn in downtown Woodinville to and from the wedding venue (available even if not staying at hotel). You may also choose to utilize rideshare services like Lyft or Uber, but please note that due to the remote nature of the venue, it may make it difficult to find a ride.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We plan to host the entire evening outside; although, we do have an option that is undercover in case of inclement weather.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions?
Answer
Yes, we will inquire about dietary restrictions and allergies through the RSVP process.
