From cozy flannels to classy cocktail wear, think elegant-meets-outdoorsy with a warm and whimsical camping-inspired touch. This will be a fun, informal event and we want everyone comfortable. We are aiming for earth shades and forest tones, including greens, browns, and cream. Attire recommendations: For men: Blue jeans, khakis, or dress pants with a collared shirt. Feel free to dress it up with a sport coat and nice shoes, or dress it down with hiking boots and a camping jacket. For women: Blue jeans, khakis/chinos, casual skirts, or a simple day dress with a blouse, nice top, or sweater. Feel free to dress it up with a blazer/cardigan and flats or low heels, or dress it down with hiking boots and a camping jacket. Need some visual outfit inspiration? For those traveling in, we've reserved a stay at the Bay Club Hotel & Marina - a charming waterfront retreat on Shelter Island. Room reservations must be made by Tuesday, November 11, 2025 to receive the discounted group rate of $179.00 per night. We’ll be hosting drinks at the bar for most of the evening. If we reach our pre-set bar limit, the bar may switch to guest-pay (card or cash). Consider tucking a little “camp fund” into your pack so you can keep your canteen full however you’d like! Please Note - Adult beverages will include beer, wine, seltzers, and a specialty beer-based cocktail. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and water will be provided for all guests. However, hard liquor is not permitted by the venue and will not be served.

White Elephant Ornament Exchange Saturday, December 13, 2025 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Vacation Isle 1428 Vacation Rd, San Diego, CA 92109 ‘Tis the season to trade treasures and trinkets! We will be hosting a White Elephant ornament exchange on the beach at Vacation Isle Park. During the exchange, ornaments will get stolen, swapped, and maybe spark a little friendly drama. Bring one you’re willing to part with… because in this game, no ornament is safe! If the weather gets dramatic, we’ll keep the exchange indoors at the lobby of The Bay Club Hotel & Marina.
