When do you recommend I arrive in Goa?

Answer

Most guests will be arriving in Goa December 21st, 2022. It is highly encouraged guests arrive atleast day before the wedding to get adjusted/settled in. Please contact us if you need assistance in booking your stay before the wedding. NOTE: December is peak travel season in Goa. It is advisable you reserve your before stay as soon as possible to avoid any hassle.

When should I arrive at the resort?

Guest Check-in: December 23rd, 2022 at 1pm Guest Check-out: December 25th, 2022 at 11am

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Prainha Resort is located approximately 40-45 minutes from Goa International Airport (GOI). We will have limited drivers available to take guests from the airport/local stay (if arriving before wedding date) to the Resort where Hotel Staff will greet you to your room.

I've never been to India, how should I prepare?

Answer

India is a beautiful country, but it can be overwhelming with culture shock if travelling for the first time. Our Wedding Planner will coordinate your arrival into the country all the way to Goa for the wedding. Delhi and Goa are very tourist friendly. Be sure to frequently check tourist entry requirements to ensure a seamless entry into the country. a tourism VISA is definitely required!

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

How should I plan my stay?

Answer

We have reserved all rooms at the Resort to accommodate our guests during the tenure of our wedding. Resort will also provide Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Hi-Tea, and Snacks Daily.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress to impress! We ask guests wear either Western Formal or Indian (Traditional) Formal at each of our ceremonies.

What will the food be like?

Answer

Food will be served for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diets. Food will primarily comprise of traditional/authentic Indian dishes.

What will happen after the wedding?

Answer

Many of our guests will be experiencing Goa for the first time. We highly encourage you to stay longer if your heart desires!

Will there be Makeup and hair artists available?

Answer

Yes! We will have limited Beauticians available for hire before Sangeet and Shaadi events. We encourage guests to share their interest so we can schedule accordingly.
