The Sangeet is where the party starts! This is a super fun celebration where you get to meet everyone that you’ll be spending the rest of the weekend with. The word “Sangeet” means “music” and translates to “music night” when used as a term to describe a celebratory event, so if you haven’t realized it by now there will be music… and dancing and performances and henna too! Obviously no party would be complete without food and drinks, both of which there will be plenty so come hungry, thirsty, and ready to have fun! We can’t wait to see you there!

Semi-Formal: Tuxes, kurtas, gowns and saris are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The Baraat is a North Indian tradition but it looked like so much fun we decided to do it. It is the groom’s procession to the wedding ceremony. It’s loud, and fun, with dhol players and lots of dancing. All are welcome!
