Wilderness at the Smokies

This is where we are asking wedding guests to stay! There is no room block but there is a coupon code! COUPON CODE NOTES: The Coupon Code to get 10% off is WATSFR. You HAVE to put the coupon code in to get the 10% off. If you book sometimes it tells you there is already a code applied as “BAR” this is NOT a code, you have to put in “WATSFR” as the code. You will be able to see the difference in pricing once the code is applied, you can put it in before looking at options. OPTIONS AT THE WILDERNESS: There are regular hotel rooms, cabins, condos and villa. Please choose what works best for you. Since there is no room block, there is no amount of rooms, cabins, etc. available for wedding guests. Please book ASAP to ensure you get a spot! Casey & Evan will be staying in the Stone Hill Lodge. Accommodations are 10 minutes from the venue! Casey & Evan are providing Wilderness guests with transportation to & from the wedding venue, as well as from the after party. This includes if you are staying at the Stone Hill Lodge, River Lodge, Villas or Cabins at the Wilderness. If you are not staying at the Wilderness, you are responsible for your own transportation to & from the wedding venue, as well as to & from the after party.

Airport is just over 40 minutes away from the wedding venue. If ubering: You shouldn't have an issue getting an uber to the venue/hotel, but I would make sure to schedule your uber ahead of time when leaving! Other options would be to uber with a person arriving to the wedding around the same time as you. Arrangements for this option will be sent out closer to wedding date!
