Why don't you have a registry?

Answer

In lieu of a registry and due to our dreams of expanding our homestead we are asking for monetary donations rather than items. If you want to make a group donation please contact Hanna or Brandon to plan or arrange this.

Will the entire wedding be outside?

Answer

No, The ceremony is planned to be outside (if possible) however we have a large indoor venue as a backup for the ceremony in case of bad weather, the outdoor cocktail hour is also under a covered area with heaters.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is dedicated parking at the venue, please follow the instructions of our parking attendants when arriving.

Is there cell phone reception at the venue?

Answer

There is limited to no reception at our venue due to the mountains, cellular reception is spotty and there is limited to no data service. there is also no wifi.

Do you reccomend wearing heels?

Answer

the ceremony is outdoors in the grass, and the path to and from the venue is gravel and grass, i would not recommend wearing skinny or extremely high heels.

How far is your venue from the nearest town?

Answer

Both Lake Lure and Hendersonville are about 10- 20 minutes away.

Why is there a no cellphones policy at the ceremony?

Answer

We hired a fantastic photographer to take photos and videos of the ceremony and we would also like your undivided attention for the special moment!

What about the restrooms?

Answer

There will be 2 restrooms available at the venue one for the ladies and one for the gentlemen!

Why is the wedding ending at 10pm?

Answer

The venue requires the music to stop and last call to be at 10 due to local laws and regulations.
